Akiba - Frozen Kingdom: Elemental Spirits

A somewhat new/old character I added to the story. He is originally a OP fancharacter..sort of.

Also a little one-shot, so you'll get an idea of his character:

"These kids caused a lot of trouble again", he scoffed.
"Trouble?!", Aarany asked surprised.
"You do know they were only trying to protect the city."
"If protecting the city means causing all this chaos here, it's quite counterproductive. They finally need to be taken responsible for it!"
She shook her head. Akiba never left a good word on them.
"Sometimes it is difficult to keep everything intact. You know what kind of beasts they were fighting."
He turned to give her an unimpressed look, waving his hand around:
"Oh, you mean those -imaginary- beasts they keep claiming would hunt around here in the city?!"
She frowned.
"You can stop your sarcasm. It's as real, as you are dating Kira from the Archives."
That obviously caught him off-guard, as he almost started stuttering and losing all his cool. But he quickly collected himself again, clearing his throat:
"We are not dating. It's purely business."
"Everyone knows about it, Akiba..."
"People always talk too much. Also we have more important matters at hand right now, then discussing my love-life. Where are those kids right now?"
"Probably at their place.", she replied, looking around and watching the people cleaning up the damaged streets.
"Then lets pay them a visit..."

Ice looked surprised up, when he heard a loud knocking on the door.
His surprise quickly turned into annoyence however, once he saw who their visitor was.
"Oh, it's you...", he grumbled unimpressed.
"Show some more respect, kid! This isn't a friendly visit after all."
"Figured so. There is nothing ever friendly with you."
Ice crossed his arms, looking sour towards Akiba.
"Why are you here?"
"You are even asking this? Isn't it obvious? I'll give you a hint, kid, it's all over the news after what you've done today."
Ice frowned. He was here for the whole day, studying what those beasts were after and who controlled them. So he had no time causing any scene that was news-worthy. Unless...
Ice groaned, rolling his eyes. He had a suspicion who it could have been.
"For the record, I was here the whole time, so I have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe you are looking for the wrong people."
"Maybe I am..", Akiba repeated, scratching his chin and looking up in the sky.
"...or maybe you are lying!" and without any further warning, he shoved Ice aside and walked into their hideout.
"H-hey, you can't just-..."
"Your little friends aren't here, are they?! Who says it wasn't them?!"
"They are probably just at their homes. They aren't here the whole time, you know.", Ice groaned, even more annoyed then before.
"Then you wouldn't know if they went out to cause..a little chaos in the city!?!"
Ice narrowed his eyes. He didn't like the way Akiba sounded. So full of himself. But to his regret, he had no argument against it. He didn't know where they were or what they -eventually- had done. Especially Sakura and Chie practically tended to look for chaos. But he hoped he was wrong this time. He didn't want to give this guy the satisfication of being right.
"No. I wouldn't.", Ice finally admitted quietly.
"A-ha!"
There it was again. That arrogance.
Akiba turned around and stopped just slightly in front of Ice. Tipping his finger at Ice's chest, he growled at him:
"I am done with you kids playing hero and causing nothing but destruction and chaos in our fine city..."
"Akiba!"
His partners voice rang sharply over to him.
He looked slightly surprised over to her, as she had been silent until a few seconds ago. But now she glared angry at him.
"That is quite enough!"
"Tsk..fine."
He threw one more glance at Ice, before walking back to the entrance.
"Let that be a warning to you. Next time, I won't let you 'heroes' get away with it!" and with that said, he left.
"I am sorry about him.", she said softly.
"It's alright. I am used to this behaviour of him."
"Yeah. He's not so easy to handle.."
"Ara, are you coming, or what?!"
She sighed.
"I have to go."
Before she left, she stopped one more time.
"...I think you kids are doing the right thing. The city is safer with you around."
Ice smiled.
"Thanks."
She returned the smile and left as well.
